Sisterhood - The Indestructible Bond

The Indestructible Bond  We were like Tom & Jerry Where fights & quarrels were in merry My pursuit was to enrage her While to scream in defense was her gear The childhood went by topsy-turvy  And it is euphoric currently in memory  The bond that gets better like wine Like the blood is thicker than water, is the line I reminisce the words of my granny When I rebuffed to give her more candy She will be the one to support you when in trouble As you both have the same blood which will rumble It's so bizarre tie for sure An endurance for life in pure The bond that made out of love by God Which we call an indestructible bond Now as we are far apart from one another Distance gives us reasons to love harder For sisterhood doesn't count miles It's measured by our hearts in smiles A very happy birthday to you my dear sissy Love and hugs Razbeena Rasheed

Reasons Why The Jobseekers are not getting response from the employers

Reasons why the Jobseekers in UAE are not hearing back from the employers after they apply for a Job 1. High Competition : The UAE, particularly Dubai, is a hub for professionals from around the world, leading to a highly competitive job market. Employers may receive hundreds or even thousands of applications for a single position, making it challenging for them to respond to every applicant. 2. Generic CV/Resume : A CV that is not tailored to the specific job description or doesn't highlight relevant skills & experience is less likely to catch the attention of recruiters. Employers often look for candidates whose profiles directly match the job requirements. 3. Lack of Key Words : Many companies use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to filter CVs based on keywords. If your CV doesn’t contain the right keywords related to the job you're applying for, it may get filtered out even before a human recruiter sees it. 4. Overqualification or Underqualification : Employers may over...

Kinds of Fathers: Some the Heroes, Others the Lesson

Kinds of Fathers: Some the Heroes, Others the Lesson I recently came across a reel on Instagram. A daughter had shared a tender moment of her father, now a grandfather, embracing his grown son with deep affection. She captioned it: "Give them roots, then wings to fly, and silently pray they will come back to the nest." It stayed with me, a quiet reminder of what love looks like when it doesn’t demand anything in return. But not all stories are like this. A close friend told me about a relative — a wealthy father who mistreats his son for not providing him with luxuries. This, from a man who once denied his child love and care during the most formative years. That story stung. It compelled me to write - not out of judgment, but reflection. Because the truth is, not all fathers wear the same shoes. Some walk with quiet dignity, carrying their family forward without seeking applause. Others choose a different path — one marked by absence, entitlement, or silence, especially whe...
