Bokeh Background

I love bokeh wallpapers. Why don't we try one in Photoshop ? Step 1 : Open the Photoshop Software, create a new file by clicking Ctrl + N with the Width 1920 Pixels, Height 1200 Pixels and Resolution 300 Pixels/Inch. Step 2 : Open the  pic  of your choice by simply clicking Ctrl + O or go to File - Open and then open the picture you like from your gallery. Step 3 : Now we have to make a brush to create the bokeh effect. For that select the Elliptical Marquee Tool, M from the Tools Palette . Create a new layer Ctrl + Shift + N   and draw a circle using Elliptical Marquee tool and press the Shift key while dragging the circle to get the perfect the circle. Double click on this layer to get the Layer Style or click on the fx lying on the bottom of the layer palette.  Click on the Stroke, give the  Size  as  10 px  and  Position   Inside .
