 The Indestructible Bond 


We were like Tom & Jerry

Where fights & quarrels were in merry

My pursuit was to enrage her

While to scream in defense was her gear


The childhood went by topsy-turvy 

And it is euphoric currently in memory 

The bond that gets better like wine

Like the blood is thicker than water, is the line


I reminisce the words of my granny

When I rebuffed to give her more candy

She will be the one to support you when in trouble

As you both have the same blood which will rumble


It's so bizarre tie for sure

An endurance for life in pure

The bond that made out of love by God

Which we call an indestructible bond


Now as we are far apart from one another

Distance gives us reasons to love harder

For sisterhood doesn't count miles

It's measured by our hearts in smiles


A very happy birthday to you my dear sissy
